Melton College Booking Conditions 2023. Please read carefully!
- Full fees must be received five weeks in advance.
- If you wish to cancel a course and/or accommodation, you must give five weeks’ written notice.
- No place can be definitely reserved, and no accommodation arranged, until the fees have been received.
- The College strongly advises that all students aged 18 and older have adequate, appropriate insurance to cover their course.
- Junior students (those under 18 at the start of their course) must have adequate and appropriate insurance, either bought locally or, if available, through the College.
- Notwithstanding the above, the College will continue to look constructively at all cases of late cancellation and will, if possible, offer an alternative course or, depending on the circumstances, a partial refund.

7. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required 12 weeks in advance.
